Unreal. How's that for a review? I smashed a bunch of peppermint candies in the food processor, and sprinkled the dust on top before baking, which resulted in a nice crunchy texture along with chewy, chocolatey awesomeness. (Warning: Do not place your face over the processor when removing the lid after blending these candies. You will inhale a peppermint dust explosion which will make you cough.)
Score: A billion stars.
